Candidate Obligations

Candidates agree that:

All information provided is accurate and truthful

Submission of CV does not guarantee employment

Final hiring decisions rest with the client

Fees & Payments

Service fees are agreed in writing before engagement

All payments must be made as per agreed terms

Late payments may result in service suspension

No Guarantee

HTS SOLUTIONS does not guarantee:

Employment or placement

Business outcomes or profitability

Visa approvals or government decisions

Confidentiality

All business, client, and candidate information must be treated as confidential by all parties.

Limitation of Liability

HTS SOLUTIONS shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses

Acts or omissions of clients, candidates, or third parties

Decisions made by employers or authorities

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

These terms are violated

Illegal or unethical activity is detected

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
